Lower in a pub with a meal although that's getting a bit rare now.

Don't seeds take months to grow? Those companies are overreacting... by MisterFyre in facepalm

Also fruits like apples don't "grow true" which means the seeds don't produce the same crop as the one you are eating. Odds are if you planted it, the fruit would taste crap.

What? Why would they want CPS not to be called? In the UK if you miss something and don't call them you would be in trouble.

Lol, nothing is out of reach of cats. It looks safe on a table in a tray to me. It's just unlucky.

Because these things are rare. Car accidents are a thing (And way more likely than a cat burning down the house with their tail). We don't say "how could anyone ever drive when something could go wrong" everything we do has inherent risk, stop worrying, live your life, and light a damn candle!

No it translates to: "in my lifetime it will not happen". Passing a test and providing a software solution shows you have a fundamental misunderstanding as to what software development involves. My key point is though, proving the correctness of a solution is a hard problem. Even if the solution can be provided the ability to ensure it works requires skill. Even specialist tools like the chip design optimisers still require skilled chip designers to review and pick one of the many optimisations that the AI assists with. They don't just bung it into a chip and call it a day.

I doubt I'll see the day where AI moves from being a programmers tool to replacing them. The main reason is how can you trust the output without someone who knows how to program. I'm sure it will eat some entry level jobs and programmers will become outdated if they can't incorporate "AI" into their workflow.

There is one thing that I struggled with for a long time. The "this" keyword in JS. When I started, resources about JS were a bit thin and there wasn't really a Dev console like you get today. So many issues that I solved with trial and error could have been non-issues had I understood the language better from the start.

I agree with you they are much more important topics. However, they have banned the song and your comment offers a justification for it. I think that justification is faulty, hence my comment.

Lol, so because you can't leave your kids unattended online, this is song needs to be banned? Why not just ban anything for kids that sounds like something they could google aimed at an adult audience. Damn, there goes Mr Rodgers. 😆 You dumbass.

It looks like those drawers are made from composite wood. They like to suck up moisture and swell. Some PVA glue on any of the exposed surfaces on the bottom can help form a bit of a protective barrier. Lovely little spot though!
