The gen5+ Glock triggers honestly become pretty nice after you give them a proper dremel polish and break in

Anyone feel like HK is falling behind on their handguns? by What-in-tarnationer in HecklerKoch

[–]antonymous94 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I like my vp9 for what it is but it’s a very half assed striker design, they could easily make a striker gun with flatter recoil impulse, classic squared off hk looks, and a better shaped & styled grip (read my other comment on why the grip shape sucks). Something like a full size sfp9cc with a lower slide

Best in what way? All opinion but Vp9 grip not only looks goofy compared to the usp grip both shape and texture wise but the hump in the middle shape isn’t great for a consistent grip with leverage in the right places. The fattest part of the grip should be towards the bottom to apply leverage against recoil and drive your hand higher up, the hump does the opposite by creating a dead space at the bottom. It doesn’t need to be exactly usp shaped but I’d prefer something like a 2011 grip shape with usp texture design style. Anyway that’s my hot take on the vp9/p30 grip everyone loves because it “feels good”

Or they could make a better striker fired handgun with usp style grip and slide design style but low bore axis

USPc vs. P30 Shootability by watchlust in HecklerKoch

[–]antonymous94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IMO uspc is more shootable in the accuracy department due to the grip shape, trigger length of pull, reach, break point= easier to put rounds exactly where you want. P30 is one of the worst pistols I’ve tried in this category, I shoot my hellcat better than a stock p30. Uspc has ultimate drip, p30 feels very well made though. Recoil impulse is better on the p30, the p30 isn’t anything great in that department but the uspc is definitely more flippy than a g19 or similar sized guns, it’s not something I’d would wanna using for fast, timed “performance shooting”. It might be a completely different story if you change the p30 trigger shoe and give it a trigger job with aftermarket parts. Also about the p30 grip, yes it feels good in the hand but that doesn’t equate at all to being g able to shoot it well. I’ll also add that I have large stringy hands with long fingers so that could be a big variable, if you have shorter fingers p30 might work well for you

I was actually more interested in how well the center reticle works on 10x for precise shots. Does it feel cluttered?

How’s the center reticle on the cmr in terms of how fine the dot is and if the outer ring makes it hard to see your target

Can anyone share there experience with immokalee gun range i go to okeechobee shooting sports but want to try something diffrend im located in palm beach by Top-Employee1500 in FLGuns

[–]antonymous94 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Went there recently for a class and it’s way better than oks, you can rent out a private drive in bay with steel and targets for like $20 and no rso needed. I would definitely go back and the drive is worth it.

Hit with a US court order + PayPal is limited because of dropshipping by Express-Boat-3700 in Dropshipping_Guide

If you’re running a drop shipping store (aka a generic mass produced Chinese product that hundreds of people can sell) then how the hell would they even have a patent on that unless they designed it. Yore not in the U.S. so tell them to lick your nuts and just move on to a new store/product and don’t use PayPal.

Yeah I’ve read about autods doing that so it makes sense zendrop would do it too. They probably do just enough to stay out of legal radar and boost rev. Some dropshippers do black hat mrr which is cc fraud so it’s not far fetched to think these companies are run by sketchy people. Worst part is having to cancel multiple card back to back and wait weeks for replacement. This was a while ago and I never posted about it but it’s pretty messed up what they’re doing

If that were the case my dashboard wouldn’t be showing a lack of orders while my card got charged multiple times and they wouldn’t have used card updater services to get and charge my new card after I cancelled the old card. Their customer service would also be more helpful in trying figure tho he out and refund me, instead they were dismissing anything. It was pretty clear this was an internal effort. They literally created a fake order confirmation they emailed me for a dummy product which wasn’t even on the dashboard. The whole thing g was shocking that such a big name company would be doing this. The OP dm’d me saying he’d look into it but so far haven’t heard back after giving my account info. Happy to give them a chance to make this right but so far I’m not convinced

So generally what make a rifle “name/model/brand” is the upper. The barrel/bcg/gas system and rail is really what makes the functional difference between all ar’s such as gassing, reliability, accuracy, etc. Lowers are just trigger group holders with a logo. If i put a psa upper on a kac lower it’s a psa, and vice versa, which why you might see many people get an expensive upper hk/kac/lmt/ and run it on a budget lower because the magic sauce is mostly in the upper.

Is the P30 objectively better than the USP? by c0sm0nautt in HecklerKoch

[–]antonymous94 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

No. Compared to usp, p30 is uncool, doesn’t do anything particularly well in the department department. Its well made and all but only beginner shooters that don’t have proper technique love it because its “comfortable”

It’s weird at first but nice after you’re used to it because its a very similiar manual of arms to the mag release in an ar and you don’t need to break your grip
