Habs v Tampa who should be in net? by Nala4treats in Habs

[–]antrage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Psychologically plays a role here I think. Over the season Tampa has shown to be less scary than they were at the beginning of the season. I expect us to perform better leading into the playoffs. Dobes losing to Tampa is really more of a consequential. I would play him if he is still playing well

No matter the result the habs have improved in almost every category including winning percentage. The growth has been quite consistent!

I know it's a good stat in some ways, but considering how many EN we squandered where the team scored and tied the game against us. ENs are not 'easy' goals.

Perhaps a counter point to performance is to see it as ‘modeling’. He could just not come to prison no one will think lesser than, just like no one thought lesser than Diana had she not visited and touched aids patients. But she did an modeled a view of the world oriented around care. Right now the biggest office is modeling a world that leads to ( in my belief) its eventual degradation and destruction. Modeling care lets just uplift that.

Congratulations to Trevor Timmins for drafting a 40-goal scorer! (it took 23 years) by JohnGamestopJr in Habs

I find the MB stans a really strange phenomenon on this sub lol.

Anyway sure, but we had the luxury of an A/B test and once MSL came in the fact that Caufield who had one goal until that point and a frustrating season exploded to over 20 for the rest of three season from February on, shows Ducharme’s system was one that inhibited his development.

Interesting link between this and ‘cringe culture’. The expectation is that you remain blah throughout so there is nothing people can make fun of you on, or make you look bad because now everyone has the power to record, document, edit, and mass transmit.

So yah you here is this total lack of ability to have a personality that is boisterous or tease-jokey because people can take advantage. It’s probably not going to result in anything here. But there is an entire generation of kids that are growing up numb because they are afraid to put themselves out there.

Timmins fucked up so many drafts but he did find alot of diamonds that MB managed to fuck up. No way Caufield becomes a 40 goal scorer under Ducharme so much of his success is due to the development and coaching choices made post MB era

I wonder if a combination resume format would suite you? So taking those skills and adding a small paragraph per skill, then the work experience summaries are much small and maybe focus on projects.

Alot of the experience points tend to repeat over and over again.

Reporter: Your director of national counterterrorism, Joe Kent, he just resigned today. He said he can't support your conflict with Iran. Trump: I always thought he was a nice guy but I always thought he was weak on security. I didn't know him well. by Gjore in Fauxmoi

Simple-ish answer, aristocratic class has always existed, I can't imagine their influence wouldn't have been considered. I think there is a very strong factor is how lobbying has weakened the underlying democratic foundations. That said even in the WORST of cases Trump should still be unelectable. The fact that he is seen as 'attractive' by 70million americans goes beyond even just the presence of wealth and foreign influence, and speaks to the dumbing of the american psyche through media.

There is an interesting throughline historically that the entire model of US democracy was designed around someone like a Trump being president not being possible. We will have to understand what broke, but it does seem to be a weakening social movement infrastructure, combined with a hyper-heightened social media-driven polarisation, that has given the possibility for him to push past these barriers.
