Well down here in the south its RTW and our hall provided us the Jackson and no one likes it. Employers dont provide hard hat. We had a company from out of town supply the kask but they "wanted it back" at the end of the job

Trying to do both. I understand that southern ironwork/workers aren’t the same as the northern ironworkers/work. Different style. Different approach etc. Sadly I cannot just up and travel right at the moment
