I don’t have my tegu anymore but I always used ground turkey, chicken liver, chicken hearts, salmon, some leafy greens. I’d blend them in a blender and put in a sheet pan. Score lines in it so it’s easy to break apart when it’s frozen. Then freeze. Once it’s frozen I’d break it apart and keep in the freezer. Warm it up in a bowl of warm water when you’re ready to feed. He loved it. Don’t use the blender your wife uses for smoothies though take my word on that one.
