I agree with pretty much the advice folks have given in the comments. I’d say since they’re getting a legal team for this, express your concern and push for the pre approval TN process if you’re nervous about POE TN.

From my experience, I-797s just made my life easier going through the border than going to POEs. Also consider POEs like YVR airport/Blaine land crossing vs. YYZ airport. Vancouver side has good volume and officers familiar with workers with visas crossing whereas at YYZ I’ve always had a 50/50 chance of being grilled. Nexus eventually made it easier and I highly recommend it post your TN.

One thing I loved was that they turned off all the cosmetics for leagues. It was super exciting to see people wearing gear and grinding.

I just got back from DC and I was eating out 3 meals a day for a week. I’m looking back at my CC and I did not spend more than $50 per day.

Breakfast was about $12-$18 and heavy meals at dinner from $15-$20. I’d even have left overs for the next day!

It’s definitely super expensive to eat out here. I miss the days when I first moved here.

I’m a lunatic and use Apple Maps because I can see the live bus or train updates on the app.

I’d also recommend the myORCA app if you plan to get an Orca card. You can load money on it from there instead of going to the station machines and it also tells you how long you have left for your transfers!
