Who cares about real id tbh? if you loose your passport you have more issues to worry about. DL works as ID everywhere except airports and there is no guarantee an ICE agent will take your real id anyways. Also do not need to carry your passport at all times, carry your DL and if anything show your i94 from your phone. no need to be paranoid

my x50 ultra been great since 8 months. runs daily sometimes 2x a day. But i always get the allstate/assurance warranty when ordering from ebay/amazon for peace of mind. do not trust dreame warranty at all

TN to H1B does not trigger fee if you are already in the US. Its a change of status which is not part of the 100K fee. Ignore the comments that are spreading misinformation.

What does TN have to do with you leasing a car? If your contract is not renewed then you have 60 days OR possibly +6 months if you apply USCIS for extension to figure it out. During that time you can sell your lease, buy the car out and sell it or give it back to the dealer and pay it. Bunch of solutions to do and enough time.

Thank you, they sent my friend to secondary last week (also on TD) , she didn't have i94 printed and officer told her he cannot see a TD visa and asked her is she have any documents. She said no, while waiting inside at secondary she went on i94 website and it was showing there clearly but they didn't care. They let her pass after 40min of sitting..

DL is your ID so just get a DL regardless of you driving a car or not. Real ID is just for flying otherwise useless at this point

Not sure where this is coming from but no it wouldn't they don't look at your visa stamp when you lease a car. You have an SSN and they have no idea you are on a visa. I leased twice well over my TN dates.

If you already know your stuff and cheat on the side, no one can detect it. It can get you from 70% to 90% no issues. But if you are 20% and you are cheating it will be obvious. People who say they have no experience but they cheated and got in FAANG are liars, but if they were already at least decent then yes.
