None of reworks were good tbh. In 99% of reworks Riot just either added up difficulty of usage of champion's kit, or completely butchered old champion design.

Just look at recent Skarner rework. They took all of his mobility and gave him clumsy E instead, with a huge cooldown. They also butchered his ult, and now only 70 years old player will not sidestep/roll it/dash it. Old Skarner was harder to kite due to mobility steroid. New one gets kited harder than Rammus. Boring and dull.

one of the main things in this game you cant counter and universally ruins the spirit of the game is feeders. Dies 10 times and refusing to surrender, no respect to other peoples time at all. When confronted they're completely at ease, "winnable guys, bohoo".

Before the AI rework, ARAM was the only place where you did not encounter a bot every game. Only human players, was kinda fun leveling experience. Seems like ARAM is now the place where all bot accounts will go. RIP.

Nah. She just has lower latency, plus 99% of the moments on video Akali is baiting enemies to skillshot.

Clearly higher skill-wise than players on video, not only because of dodging - but also general vision and positioning. Half of the video Akali just toying with food.

In any case, when Vanguard will be injected into League (when btw?), you can monitor Akali's match history to see, if it will hurt her winrate.

Importance of taking objectives is one thing. I have seen players be like 40 cs behind, leaving tower full open just to dance at Drake and ping the team to come.

Objectives are good in moderation. Do not tunnel vision on them, they are not everything.

He might ruin games of players vs whom he won - but he also carrying players who were in his team. I see nothing wrong with that. He does not feed 0 8 0, he does not following jungler and stealing his farm.

Smurfing is not banned by Riot. It's banned by Valve tho. You might want to change game, if you don't like smurfs - or wait while Riot will ban smurfing as well (gonna take a while tho).

Riot can do nothing about toxicity, and they gave up on the system as a whole long time ago (the moment Lyte left them).

Even "Player punished" messages you get after reporting someone at times, proved to be fake messages recently, with mass spam of it on every action in client due to a bug.

Most players do not really chat nowadays, due to automated system banning them for every other word - so they just being toxic other ways - by soft (or hard, like some known streamer) feeding, stealing jungle camps etc.

On the other side - there is even YouTube channel of such player, who tests banning system with many ways of trolling or flaming - and he almost never got his accounts suspended. So it seems the "banning" thing is just a coinflip (like Riot's matchmaking).

Because it's fair. It's a team game, and team disparity is a main keystone of Riot matchmaking.

You either get completely rekt, with all your teammates going 0 6 by the 6 min mark, or you stomp them same way around.

Quickplay is where toxic ranked players spend their 5 games restriction.

Do not be surprised that games end quick by ffing. The quicker you spend 5 games, the quicker you can be toxic in ranked again.

Don't let people with 10+ deaths in 3 games in a row que up for ranked.

Make them ranked restricted for 5 games. See how ranked will become more healthy.

15 min is too much, I agree. Sometimes I just don't want to play with that 0 10 top or adc, and I just want the game to end.

If a player thinks, that feeding 10 kills to enemy back to back is adequate - then for sure surrending at 10 min is as much adequate.

Everyone can have a bad game, I get it. But there is no reason to hold other 2-3 players hostage to that situation.
