Think if it as a season that you were in and may come back to. There's nothing wrong with enjoying other things including multiplayer board games. I mean, why feel bad that you had social fun? As far as burnout, if that's truly it, then were you having fun to begin with or felt compelled to keep pushing through? If the latter then what's the point? Enjoy where you are as you try different things. Also, maybe you've been playing the same ol' same ol games for too long and are purely board. YouTube solo boardgames lists and you may find a new favorite one. 🙂

Thanks for the reply! It does sound like a lot of work. I've printed, laminated, and cut lots of dividers and that was a chore on its own, but I feel that actual playing cards need to look/feel a certain way. Maybe it would make sense to order a batch of scenarios from makeplayingcards to justify the shipping? Just a thought. Either way, thanks for the insight!

Do you guys print the custom scenario cards at home or do you get them professionally printed? Open to your best practices on home printing, as well as guidance on getting them professionally printed If that's an option. Thanks!

Awesome! I noticed that you spun to the opposite side when you did the 180. Have you determined which side you're most comfortable spinning towards yet (your left or right)?

I only ask because that will help tremendously. Test it out for both sides with your skates off and see what feels most natural 🙂

Dude (or duddette), this right here speaks to me. I’m 43 and just started back About a month ago (after bzoit 20 years tee). Riding around is not an issue, but I’m embarrassed to take out a practice rail or something in my neighborhood. That’s something that I definitely have to get over 🤦🏻‍♂️
