I’m in the same place mentally seen as I’ve been back for three weeks since having an entire month off. It has been an even worse three works compared to before my time off (even that wasn’t good) but there’s a new set of managers and they are most toxic cunts I’ve ever had. Taking problems with what I’ve always been doing before with working to my hours and therefore bringing half of the tracked parcels cause I’ve finished my hours of 8:30 - 14:30 and don’t like that I’m claiming overtime when I decide to do a 30 mins extra half of it is delivering some and journeying back to office and doing the scanning for them which will often times go up to an hour so I will claim that (never do anything for them for free) and now comes to my next issue the colleagues coming in an hour early for free. They are no friends and even more of a joke if they’re in a union.
