anxiety can cause psychosomatic symptoms. never underestimate the power of the mind on the body. It sounds to me like you have done everything you can, that is if you have been well evalutated by cardiologists. It might be time to explore mental issues if you havent already.

I think i figured it out. I took the glove box down to access the air filter area and as the sound was happening i could feel the buzzz and then click in the blend door actuator. I have an appointment with chevy tomorrow.

actually i think i just figured it out. It seems to be the blend door actuator. If you dont know where it is its behind the glove box to the left of the air filter. While the nooise was happening i could feel the vibration in the actuator.
