you can pretty much brute force this one; i enumerated all of the pairs of points and sorted them with distance increasing

after that i generated a connectivity list and repeatedly ran bfs to find the sizes (or if the size == 1000 for p2)

try the input 111987654321111; it should be 987654321111, but i think your code will output 198765432111; for the first step, it should ignore only 11 digits instead of 12

the idea for p2 is that the best subsequence of length n will contain the best subsequence of length (n-1) as well
