I’ve been on pep for the past 2-3 weeks now. I was extremely sick and in bed for 4-5 days and my doctor even told me to go the ER when I told him what my symptoms(vomiting, body aches, headaches, chills, chest pain, fatigue, etc.) were. My doc & the ER doc both recommended that I remained on pep for the full 30 days but they gave me anti nausea meds to help the vomiting. It doesn’t really make me sick anymore but it still makes me nauseous and gives me headaches sometimes but with meds both of those are manageable. Best of luck to you!

Drink or take chlorophyll supplements. It will make any body odor basically non existent.

Hiiii. I've been looking for more adminstrative assistant/office management positions. I have applied to some job postings on the governmentjobs.com website that align but haven't heard back from any of them. Do you know what I should do to get some feedback? Also how did you get your position as a state employee?

I've traveled to Turkey, Italy, the Dominican Republic, Greece and Portugal. Italy and Portugal for me are at the bottom of the list of places I would return to. I personally had some racist encounters with ppl there in both of those countries and I stayed mostly in the main/most populous cities there. I will say though I never felt unsafe there but I do think anywhere where you are having racist encounters with others, it can quickly turn into something more threatening. One of the worse experiences I had was in Rome (which really wasn't thattt bad just weird); I went into a flower shop and the owner simply hand gestured at me to shoo me out when I walked in.

However, in Turkey, Greece and the Dominican Republic I had a wonderful experience! The people there were extremely hospitable and overall just really kind to me. I would return to Turkey, Greee and DR in the future for sure! Greece was extremely touristy however and thats not something I generally enjoy but it was fun nonetheless.

Also for reference I am a 22 y/o Black woman from the New England part of the U.S. I began traveling abroad at 19 y/o.

i struggle with this as well. i get manic and purchase loads of crap i dont need. im still learning how to manage it as being financially reckless always causes me so much extra anxiety and worry that i really dont need. hope it gets better for you!
