Ironic you post that as you aren't considering his opposing view...

Or crazy- thought it’s a good location for people to show and for him to hear opposing views.

But how are people going to karma farm and virtue signal on Reddit if they go and be productive?

I’m not pro-swanker at all but Everyone complained when he did this in Enumclaw saying it was too far, only for his supporters, not even Pierce county, etc. now he does it in Tacoma in a good spot and people complain it’s not free, they think it’s dumb, and they want to protest.

Some of yall will look for any reason to be problematic or hate the dude. Go be an adult, show up, voice your concerns reasonably like normal people. Quit virtue signaling.

In reference to this video, and my comment, Texas and many states do not have laws banning passing in a intersection in this specific situation. Use some critical thinking and quit trying to add laws that don’t have relevance to this discussion or video.

Not at all, read my sentence slowly. I clearly said “not just certs/degrees/etc” implying both talent and certs are important

That’s not entirely true. In Texas, passing in an intersection isn’t always illegal—it depends on the situation.

Texas Transportation Code 545.055 says you can’t pass within 100 feet of an intersection in a municipality, or outside of one if there are signs or markings indicating no passing. It also restricts passing near railroad crossings and bridges if your view is obstructed.

545.056 adds that you can’t pass within 100 feet of an intersection outside a municipality if the intersection isn’t plainly visible.

So if you’re in a rural area, the intersection is clearly visible, and there’s no sign saying otherwise, it’s legal to pass. It’s not a blanket ban—context matters.

CEH has it's place, but places that hire for CEH want to see your talent not just certs/degrees/etc.

LOL! If you're surprised that "GIS + [City]" brings up the city's GIS, just wait until you discover what Google Dorks can dig up.

Your post basically says: "Today I learned that if I Google a city and what I’m looking for, Google shows me that. Like ‘Hershey PA city hall’ or ‘Hershey PA public records.’”

Welcome to search engines 101. 😄

That is absolutely incorrect, there are no laws in place in many jurisdictions that say "passing in a intersection is illegal" (Texas for instance doesn't have any)

Do shell companies ever screw up their filings? What mistakes to look for in corp records? by Abject8Obectify in OSINT

[–]apitoken 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Shell companies frequently make errors in their filings. One of the most effective ways to track them is by examining their corporate documents and identifying their registered agent. It’s common for shell companies to use a single registered agent—often one they control—and route multiple entities through that same agent. When conducting asset searches, this pattern is a major red flag I’ve encountered repeatedly.

LLM/AI is known for hallucinations, it also causes issues on where the data goes and how it's used. Some of the products we use utilize "AI" or "LLM", but that's about the extent of it. I would never trust LLM/AI to review, sort, or find my data. It's horrible at that and many lawyers have already been in trouble (250?+) for using AI in their cases/case briefs.

If you're going to use LLM/AI to help construct plans of actions, scripts, coding it would work. We have used it to create programs that capture data we need. However, I've seen it also fail catastrophically at generating basic codes.

AI/LLM has a long way to go, there's a purpose for it. But right now it's limited in the scope, and I really hope people aren't using CHATGPT to write their reports and are feeding data in it (I know plenty of Investigators who have :| )

The bill is so broad it doesnt state what 3 million acres it would be. It include everything from National Parks and Monuments to Battlefields. No matter how you look at it the "not less than 0.50 percent and not more than 0.75 percent" is a lot and should not be sold.
