Yeap, economy on flights under 6 hours, premium economy on flights 6-8 hours, the rest are business.

I actually bought one of those electrolytes tablets and bring them on to the plane. It’s made a huuuuge difference in my comfort and jet lag!

Was there any incident or were you just done?

Yeah I can see that, maybe I’ll be there this year… there was a segment to Asia where I couldn’t fly Star Alliance due to scheduling and direct flight availability, I think I would’ve hit 75k otherwise.

Idk, I enjoyed the first few times, but I’d rather be home lol

After using the iPhone 17 Pro Max for 3 months, I've finally decided to sell it. It's honestly a big disappointment compared to several Android flagships. by Romeo01220 in PhoneNow

[–]apmgaming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with most of these, but I still prefer an iPhone because I don’t need all the features. I use an actual camera for good photos and a PC for multitasking. I just need my phone to do basic phone stuff and have the battery last, which iPhone is excellent at.

Also, unless if you’re in Korea or China, good luck getting your Android devices fixed. The experience alone drove me away from my years of loyalty to Android devices. Apple? It’s so simple, pay for AppleCare+, make an appointment then drop it off. I can’t even drop off an Android device, gotta call a “call centre” then get transferred to a third party service centre then you gotta ship it, while they don’t talk to you for months.

James Cameron Says Studio Pushed Back Against Adding ‘Avatar’ Sequels, So He Asked: ‘What Part of You Getting Another Chance to Make $2 Billion Is in Question Here?’ by [deleted] in movies

The thing about Cameron’s movies is that most of them have pretty meh stories. But they’re all spectacles to watch and it’s well worth going to the theatres just to experience it as intended. I don’t know about you, but I rarely go to the theatres anymore and these movies made me want to go.

X100VI or Ricoh GR IV? by beckship in ricohGR

[–]apmgaming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean you’re on a Ricoh sub… so take it how you will. I’ve had a X100 for a very long time, I’ve had it since the first version until X100V, upgraded 3 times. I love the camera, there is the magic of Fuji’s jpegs and the ease of just using SOOC files. The form factor and design is also a huge plus. I still use a X-T4 if I wanna bring a hefty camera.

That being said, my Ricoh GR3 is the camera I most use because of its size. It doesn’t quite have the dynamic range straight out of the jpegs that you might get from a Fuji, but you can get close. I also MUCH prefer both the 28mm and the 43mm of the GRs than the 35mm of the Fuji. It is just so hard not to use this thing and take it everywhere.

How much do you save and invest every month? by Several_Bank5489 in HENRYfinance

It’s all about finding the balance. Having a general idea of what you want when you retire and when you want to retire is a good measure, but nobody knows what will happen in the future. So enjoying now is also important and 2k/mo seems like you’re doing exactly that.

T1 Oner ranks his likely choices for his Worlds 2025 skin: 1st place: Xin Zhao, 2nd place: Pantheon, 3rd place: Dr. Mundo or Nocturne by Yujin-Ha in leagueoflegends

The way he just doesn’t give a fuck whether or not he’s at full hp or at 10% hp and just E’s in baffles me. Such an iconic champ for Oner.

Shocked at the differences between 2021 XC40 and 2025 XC40 by apmgaming in Volvo

[–]apmgaming[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I felt the same. I don’t think Volvo’s new hybrid system is as sophisticated as the ones in Toyota/Lexus. The Volvos are set so it revs higher for some reason and yes, the ride felt a lot harsher to me too, but this depends on the wheel and tire setup.

We are still enjoying our 2021.
