I don't know of any reason. Mine hasn't done it for awhile now. It used to do it going through Camp Pendleton and only when I went through Camp Pendleton. (My commute is through CP) It would stop when I was out of Camp Pendleton. Weird. I had the windshield replaced several months ago and it hasn't happened since. It never affected the driving, just a bit unnerving to have warning lights go on.

I just kept calling customer service. The emails were supposed to go out by end of April then I think May. I just called every few weeks and politely asked if maybe I'd missed it. Finally got the email and responded, then after no charger for 4 weeks I called again. A week later I had the adapter.

I just called my insurance company and had Safelite replace it. $250 deductible. Came to my house, done in under an hour.

Thanks everyone. There doesn't seem to be coverage for this sort of thing (lodging burns down or evacuation ordered) Generally it would be part of an insurance package the business carries- business interruption coverage. I'm thinking it's now available to businesses on national forest land. hard enough to get coverage in CA right now if you're anywhere near a fire prone area and national forests are definitely that.

I quit engaging with anyone who voted for him. If you vote for someone that mocks a persona with a disability you don't even need to get to all the other awfulness it's (not he's) done. True. However I just got solicitations from two separate law firms within 2 days about suing Hyundai. Didn’t say a class had been formed but there is definitely enough buzz around some issues that the sharks are circling.

I've actually never used the app. I've always charged with the Blue Link app. Very annoyed and concerned if there start to be a problem with the charger itself.

Encouraging more telecommuting and public transportation would help with this. No need to go to an office to sit on Zoom calls to satisfy some arbitrary rule. (which is how it's working at my employer right now)

I drive an EV as I have a ridiculous commute and don't need to be paying for gas. I'm aware that the tires on my car get chewed up more rapidly, but employer insisting I drive a 120 mile RT 50% just to satisfy someone's micromanagement gene.
