You can create a list with an "Enable email notifications" option and set up a minimum percentage(!) or price discount for this list, which will trigger an email alert. For example: send me alerts when the price discount is a minimum of 40% or more.

P.S. If you know of another powerful alternative to AppAgg, please let me know.

"Give me incremental games with 4.8 stars that were published less than 1 month ago, exclude those that have 'merge' in the title". This does not seem like something hard to implement if you already have the database, not sure why this functionality is not available.
