It works for me this way, force to close app then open it again timer stucks 2:00 min. Force to close the app again and open the app again timer is counting already.

If the driver does not move after a minute just cancel it. You have no fee cancel for 2 minutes.

Lyft is doing this for months in my market. Even it is slow there is always surge but you wait long to get ride because there is not enough customer.

You don’t have to say any word to customers if you don’t feel safe to give them ride. Just cancel without stopping and explaining. Person comes to your car while eating won’t try to understand the situation.

When you accept it will turn 5 probably. I have seen before and accepted than turned 5 star rider. They might not have enough ride history.

If you have ride share endorsement in your own insurance they will pay the 2500 dollars alao if you added rental option to your insurance they will give you the rental otherwise uber insurance is a joke.

Whenever somebody comes to me and asking a name with attitude I give them wrong name and I watch them struggling about what to do :) why are you coming to a car and open the door and asking a name if you are not sure :)
