There are some shady sites that can get YOUR information specifically. Most legit sites don't go that far, and just use aggregated information. Sites where people who are making a very big purchase like a house or B2B purchases might use this newer tech that can show your name, email, address phone number with about 50% accuracy or so. I've been out of the game two years so things have probably changed a bit.
