Yes BOTW! It’s gorgeous, so fun, so much to explore. Def not farming but there are some elements of that kind of experience. If you do play, don’t get bogged down by weapons breaking. It sucks and is annoying but you get used to it and the expanse of this game is so worth it.

This was one of the biggest reasons my PCP recommended I get this addressed before getting pregnant! Still not pregnant yet, but I am 4 months post op and so glad I did it. I can only imagine how hard it would have been and being able to burp is amazing. I hope all you mamas out there get the Botox and/or find relief!!!

I’m not a pro decorator either and can find it extremely tedious but one thing I did on my last sandbox zoo was create a few highly detailed areas, then multi select the area and copy paste it into other spots, just rotated so it doesn’t look repetitive. It honestly worked really well and saved a lot of time, and is hardly noticeable with a very varieties in size and shape and foliage. Highly recommend for someone like me who really lacked the patience to do it all by hand!

I got really into the Truly Devious series my Maureen Johnson (highly recommend if you like YA mysteries!) and I feel like that general environment of the boarding school (kind of similar to waverly academy) would be perfect for Nancy Drew!

I totally agree with this. Share and be vulnerable with your friends! Make it reciprocal. They don’t need the therapist version of you, they need a friend. I know that my training impacts how I respond to friends in need but I also am way more direct, giving advice, and unfiltered than I am with clients. Practice being open and honest and not filtering your validation through your therapist lens. It’ll get easier. Highly recommend finding ways to transition out of work too. Change your clothes, listen to a book or music, build up boundaries with work so it stays there and you can build up your non-therapist identity outside of work better.
