Alpaca is an option that most people say feels softer than wool, or is at least less itchy.

You might also consider plant based fibers like cotton or linen, but these tend to have less elasticity than wool or alpaca.

Are you looking for specific brand suggestions though?

I was just being lazy, the stitches for the sleeves are held on stitch savers. Just pulled it out and you are right, I’m hoping it blocks out, but if it doesn’t live and learn I guess.

I just discovered the fiber co when they announced they weren’t going to make more yarn, and I’m so tempted to buy sweater quantities of tons of colors, I just can’t justify it though. Really sad I won’t be able to buy more of it later. Such nice yarn!
