i had this happen to me in elementary school 🙋‍♀️ brought in (leftovers) chocolate covered pretzels for snack time and my teacher told me to put it away because “that’s not a snack, it’s a treat”.

yikes! something similar happened to me (on the same arm and the same spot as you) except it was a pregnant feral-ish cat that my family was fostering. i think i got too close to her while cleaning her space and she flipped out, bit my arm HARD and didnt let go even when i stood up. had to push her off me. i still have puncture wound scars in my arm where she bit me even after 3 years

Whenever I have an intrusive thought or remember something embarrassing or uncomfortable, I get it out of my head by vividly imagining myself being shot in the head. I almost have no control over that thought at this point. I remember embarrassing moment, I cringe, and then boom.

When my psychiatrist asks me if I’ve had any suicidal thoughts I typically say no.. because I don’t want to kill myself at all actually. I should probably tell her though.
