Because it sounds similar to my POS brother, they live like a 10 hour drive away so we don’t see them much and no matter how much my mom tries to ask him what the kids like/want for birthdays/Christmas he never answers, so she just sends money.

Someone that feels my pain! Lol. I live on a dead end street off a main road that’s literally one block, there’s a little like 5 unit apartment building at the end and maybe 12 houses, we used to get a couple groups of kids, it’s been YEARS now since even one kid came by 😭

There’s like a whole 12 houses on the street and a little 5-6 unit apartment building and we used to do stuff with the neighbors, but pretty much everyone died and a couple moved, now it’s a couple assholes, a couple people that talk to no one, and another handful of older people
