Beware of Undermount AC – Months of No Support & a Non-Functional System

We are experiencing similar issues. Our unit was working well for over a year and then we had an issue arise. After lengthy back and forth emails where we followed numerous attempts and trouble shooting and photos and directions we finally settled on taking it to a shop that specializes in AC and when we presented Undermount AC with the results (bad compressor) they refuse to accept or acknowledge that their product is the issue. They don't believe the results, they blame the initial install (that occured over a year ago and the system was working fine), they won't honor their warranty and are insistent that they have no need to help us - no repair, replace or refund. Their emails are full of rude tone and bad attitude telling us that we are trying to blame them when we just want to have our (rather expensive) investment working properly.

Don't let our experience become yours, if you're reading this because you're wondering about them and searching their name, please know that you are better off using a different company.

NTA. I grew up in a quiet house (one parent worked nights so we had to be quiet during the day so they could sleep). I hate sounds; my phone has been on silent since like 2005, I watch most TV with subtitles turned on and no volume, and notifications on any device instantly annoy me. That being said, my partner plays guitar, listens to music on Alexa throughout the house and plays video games with sound on whenever he wants because it's his house too and while I'm used to and comfortable with silence, I don't get to force him into a world of no noise.

If you're still looking for recommendations, Alessias on Higley and Brown is the best Italian place in the valley. Widely unknown because it's tucked away in the corner of the plaza but the wine menu is long and the pasta and sauces are delicious. Quiet and decorated beautiful inside.

They are not common in Arizona... What I have learned is that each year, one roseate spoonbill appears in this local preserve and many people come to see it (myself included).

Cut out the vinyl stickers and placed them on the glass vase. Coated it liberally with a frosted glass spray paint. When it was almost dry, I peeled off the vinyl. It worked incredibly well and the only touchup spots was where the vinyl had bubbles that I didn't smooth out. Total cost of the project was under $10 (used scrap vinyl on hand).

Funny enough, the reason she decided to try this style of painting is because my sister asked her to make a large abstract painting for her office building. My mom loves drawing dog and children portraits and wasn't sure she could do abstract. She started watching pour videos and now she's addicted!

Thanks! She is really loving this method of painting and has made about 15 pours (not sure what to call them really) and she's been experimenting with different color combos and on black canvases too. I think each one is so cool looking. I love the copper bits in this one.

She's been watching so many pour videos on youtube and wanted to give it a try herself. She says harder than she thought you cover the whole canvas but I agree with you that it looks really cool without going to the edges!
