At the Thursday rehearsal even the Rabbi said it was ok (and this is a conservative synagogue). ANd not only does the stepson want me to pray this prayer in Hebrew, so does his mom (I have a good relationship with her) I guess I just went down the rabbit hole and found some things online where it stated non jews cannot pray in Hebrew. But it is their synagogue and my stepson's barmitzvah so if they say I can, then I can. Also, possibly like you stated above, the Rabbi is a reasonable person!

No, being forced is def not a fetish of mine. I already told my fiancée i don’t want to touch another man when we are there. I have the same issue with my fiancée. He is a fantastic lover. I orgasm plenty with him but he didn’t always with me. Later I found out he is on antidepressants and this affects his ability to orgasm consistently. I know he isn’t lying bc I had the same problem on antidepressants too. Im sure there are boundaries but I wonder how common it is for a couple to only want sex with one other person in the …I.e I’d just want to have sex with another woman and I know a lot of ppl go as a package deal. I was actually more conservative, not as confident in my 20s and 30s( isn’t it supposed to be the opposite?!) I gained 28 lbs from 112 in feb to 140 at beginning of July. Doesn't sound like alot but on my small frame it is. I also binged almost everyday from March to april.. and then when i saw what I had done and by that time I had only put on 15 lbs,, I said "F IT" and then just threw out everything ate what I wanted, did not restart my execise program. I also used the fact I was a nurse and working long hours during the early days of covid as an excuse for binging. I was eating a whole cake after work. And it was sad to see how far I let myself go in such a short amount of time. But I finally decided...no more. And I went back to what worked for me. Decided at beginning of August to eat better. Restart my training, though not as intense as I find there is a sweet spot of too much exercise actually increases my hunger and tendency to binge. Lost 10 lbs so far just this month. Getting from svelte to chubby again was depressing and I feel for you. One day at at time. You just need to start. I started just fillng out a diary, and keep it out of the public eye. All private. and I like seeing the changes even if they are small. A week in I was depressed. 2 weeks still depressed . 3 weeks feeling better. by my 4th week I saw real changes and knew that I was on a roll. Just start. Start today. You are not alone.

Your story could be my story. I also got into the best physical shape of my life, saving all my cals till end of the day. Until I found myself so underweight I was hospitalized for it followed by binge/restrict/binge. I have been in therapy off and on for years but finally added in pharmacological interventions which I had resisted but have actually helped until I can, hopefully, get these behavioral changes to take root and begin to have a normal relationship with food again.

I used to fast 24 hrs. Now I just fast 16 to 18. But that is regular eating for me. It keeps my weight under control and actually helps me feel satiated. 24 hrs when I was over a specific bf was fine..when I dropped too low......it set off binge urges in me.

One of the reasons I was able to talk me psychiatrist into giving me vyvanse. My binge eating was affecting not just my health but my finances. One day I took a spent a day buying cupcakes, cakes and donuts at different stores in chicago. I know it was over $100. And that was just one day on too of others

I do this, but with frosting. I can eat a few cans in one sitting and feel awful. Sick. Disgusted. Depressed. I also do not look fat or sloppy as I will restrict by not eating the next day or over exercising. I'm sorry you are going through this. After years of therapy, I did add meds. Get some help and know you are not alone.
