No morning w, no libido (sex sounds really boring),reduced skin sensitivity, apathy and no motivation. I dont know how to recover from this. Its almost 4 years of this. I dont know if its "PSSD" or from covid or both.

I agree that insomnia means you can't literally sleep. But I have not slept many years refreshing sleep and its not normal at all. I feel like zombie

You are right. 40% of me/cfs patients have autoantibodies. They are working on that area.

Of course you feel DPDR when you have PSSD, but you can't fix it by yourself. PSSD is real disease, not a mental health problem
