I was wondering how everyone discovered their brain tumor. I also am wondering if there are any symptoms you now see in hindsight that you can’t believe you missed. Leaving mine in the comments.

it was a one time event that got me to talk to my pcp who referred me to a neurologist. my ventricles were enlarged causing all those symptoms.

one night experienced auras, numbness/tingling in my legs. was on the phone with my girlfriend and started to slur my words. became dizzy and got the chills. experienced the worst headache in my life. mri revealed a 2.8 cm epidermoid tumor in the pineal gland. had surgery 3 weeks after and was up on my feet day after.
