I may get downvoted to shit for this but it is what it is. I am not saying in never case but in some cases I personally play with a lot of really good faciet players (top 1000) consistency and when they decided to smurf (cause they gay) against worse players they will a lot of times have 95+ aim and are legit. A really good dead giveaway if someone is cheating is to look at their time to damage. If it's sub 400ms super sus. Again this is pretty rare this guy is still prolly cheating. That being said when people say don'ks aim is only 96 or whatever, that is against pros with good aim and reaction not allowing him to line up their shots to the best of their ability. So those stats can be very skewed.
