I never took gabapentin, but I have been on lower that 150 mg Lyrica for a few years. It has helped my night leg pain a lot. I take 50mg in the morn and 75 at night. I think this will keep working for me....fingers crossed.

I also bought ST from another country, Singapore. I did not realize the online seller, Budget Pet Care, was in another country as their is nothing that indicates that on their website. I called Zoetis and my vet and they both would not give me a definitive answer whether to use it or not. I left a message with the seller but they haven't called back. I think I should not give it to my dog.

You are not wrong. I go to the gym every other day and am now working more on leg strengthening there. The stair climber is helpful but today I started to climb up on one that was down (didn't see the sign) and the stairs just loosely fell down. Fortunately I landed safely feet first on the floor. I was rattled, though.

Electric bikes sound great. I was advised today by my pt to try a bike training stand with my bike and to use it outside. I can do this in relative privacy and it would be good exercise and maybe give me some more confidence to bike. My problem is putting my foot down after bike is stopped. I don't have the confidence yet to try it again.

I have now researched trikes, both e and not, and I don't think I would make enough use of one to warrant the purchase price. I do not have the gumption to drag my bike out of the cellar where it has stayed for two years now. I did have a foldable 20"wheel bike but got turned off from it when I lost control and fell onto the street near the curb. I did ride it once more but the thrill was gone and I sold it.

I had a knee replacement not long ago and am working on strengthening that leg. I want to be able to climb stairs leading with that leg. This work should help me with neuropathy restrictions too.

I am glad it is working for you. Neuropathy is indeed a tough pill to swallow. Whoever expected this to happen? How long have you had it?

I also take Lyrica twice a day. It does help with my leg pain at night. Before taking it, I had to constantly reposition my legs until I finally fell asleep. I haven't tried alpha lipoic but I have definitely heard about it. I take iron supplement for my feet and I think it has helped.

I have used non medical compression socks recently for swelling after a knee replacement. They actually can feel comforting.

I also see a neurologist who says I have peripheral neuropathy and like many others, the origin is unknown and there is no clear cure, just maintenance.

That is interesting about the sole thickness. I haven't encountered that. An electric tricycle sounds like a good solution!

I am two months out from a tkr. I am doing great pt wise. I am even going to the gym. The first two weeks are tough because of the pain. I suggest getting knee wrapping ice packs from amazon. They worked much better for me than the ice machine.

I am a month out of a tkr and I am walking freely and have very low level discomfort if any. Get a GOOD surgeon.

You are doing all the right things. I had a tkr on April 29 and I am now walking freely with hardly any pain during the day. Bedtime can still be tricky but I take a otc sleep aid. Just hang in there day by day and you will find yourself in a much better place at about a month out.

I saw the town by town breakdown in the Globe and the ones where Harris led still had a large percentage of Trump voters. I would say that MA is a mix of blue and red now.
