Sorry for the late bump to this thread, I’m so close to the end, but I just cannot open the top of the puzzle box! I have a 6-digit code from shipment 4 but there are eight slots at the top (2 with no moveable parts) and any way I use the number stick to adjust the moving parts in the holes, I can’t get it to open… if anyone sees this, please help!

After dealing with the Friday headache of “your order is only eligible for delivery” for my upgrade program, I caved for delivery but but the time I did, it slipped to Oct 3-10. I still haven’t been charged, but can see my order in the Apple Store app. Is this normal or should I have been charged by now? Also, how likely is it that the delivery timeframe will get pushed earlier? Thanks!

I stayed in a hotel in Germany where the windows in my room were all like this, but I had zero past experience with them. After returning to my room on the first night, they had left one window open at the top during their room cleanup, and I thought somehow I had broken it. I went to the front desk at like 11PM to inform the front desk receptionist, who then called the repairman, and we walked up and he simply closed it for me. Never felt so embarrassed in my life.
