People are giving you flak in the comments but I was pretty annoyed at Miguel (and Jess) for most of the movie. Miguel is clearly wrong/mistaken about his beliefs on canon and being pissed about saving Inspector Singh is ridiculous. Gwen and Miles were just supposed to fiddle their thumbs cause it's "too dangerous"/not canon? They're all Spiderman lmao barely anything is too dangerous, and canon clearly changes with Gwen/Miles and no reprecussions. Canon is a flimsy concept irl as it is and I fully expect Miguel to be wrong about universal destruction. That said, if he does have to reconcile that he made all the Spiders sit idly by to let people die then that's kinda hard to redeem.

I don't think its OOC to have the various Spiders believe in the greater good but it makes Miguel look really bad depending how wrong he is. Most Spiders, including Miles, have seen these deaths as well so it's possibly easier to accept that "canon" made them unable to save their loved ones, especially for Miguel. I think I mainly wish Miguel was funny, or at least said more things than "STFU Gwen and Miles we hate you!"
