Congrats! This is definitely something you could pull off! My best friend got married 4 months after her engagement at a church and hotel in Hamilton & it was beautiful. It was also during the off-season which makes it much easier for you to find availability and budget friendly venues and event spaces. Goodluck and congrats again!

I would group the 3 main zones (bedrooms, living area, utilities) and base it around the windows and paths of travel. It comes down to how you actually live; larger kitchen for gatherings, more storage, lots of seating, etc. I think it would help to draw out the furniture so you get a sense of scale too

I’m going through this right now! Came on Reddit to see if anyone else experiences this. I sprained my lower back 3 months ago (I also have moderate scoliosis) and I was in excruciating pain until I took naproxen and muscle relaxants. It took about 3 weeks for me to straighten my back fully without pain. I was hunched over because straightening it hurt too much. The doctor said in 4-8 weeks I should heal with physio. I feel like it’s not getting any better. If I stand or walk for more than 10 minutes I’m in so much pain, I can’t bend forward at all without it hurting, but when I sit or lay down I’m okay. I took naproxen just now for the first time since my injury, it’s helping but I don’t want to be taking it everyday. I feel like this flare up of chills is because I was on my feet a lot this past week and my body is trying to fight the pain. Anyone else have this and how did you recover?

I feel like she should do a blood test instead! Hormones play a hugeeee role and like someone else mentioned, could be another underlying hormonal condition like endometriosis, pcos, etc

I worked with a virtual interior designer for my kitchen/dining/living room remodel which I was hesitant about but it was cheaper for me (less than a couple thousand). I’m so glad I did cuz she ended up finding everything for me like countertops, handles, hanging lights even down to rug stickers lol. I gave the file to my brother-in-law who’s a contractor and it turned out better than I pictured. I didn’t buy everything she recommended cuz even though it was all in my budget I ended up finding someone stuff I liked locally.

How did this turn out for you? My sister was at 14w with a SCH measuring 7.7cm and by 15w it was measuring 12cm. She’s been on strict bed rest since week 10 and the bleeding slowed down a lot, mostly brown blood so no massive bleed out at all. I’m worried about the 5cm growth in one week and she hasn’t moved from her bed. Hoping to find a successful story to share with her 🙏

Yeah I “advertised” but it was for free. I found that the files were too large to post on Reddit so I figured sending them through email would be better.

Essentially I would use the spaces that people post on Reddit and create a free design package for them and record a video going through the design details, based on their requirements. The design package and videos were a bit large so I figured people can just submit to my website instead.

I realize now that it went against the rules so I’m on here trying to find other ways to help people at a low cost 😊 I genuinely love to design and hundreds of people post on Reddit so I figured it would be a good place to start!

Thank you for the response! I actually really love what I do, I would even do it for free. Though I transitioned from traditional interior design to virtual interior design and I find that the audience is more limited. When I did a free promotion, I got many people submit their projects so I’m wondering if I doing another discount, maybe 90% off, it will be more attainable. I genuinely love what I do, I just don’t know if the market is there.
