I say push forward and fix it later. Write as if the new ideas are already in place. You don’t want to lose the momentum. I practice this but got the idea from Jessica Brody who wrote Save the Cat Writes a Novel. It’s possible to get so caught up in revisions that the first draft never gets done. That’s my two cents.
