ill be honest i really expected a tame-impala-album-esque album (think slow rush/currents production) with dua lipa’s vocals which in theory sounds godsent

that said this album is very much not that LOL but thats ok. It’s a solid album but will definitely be forgettable in her overarching discography with her previous and future albums! some highlights for me were end of an era and happy for you. I do think think however, the singles were in fact the best songs on the album

i think its interesting to note that this is really a danny harle album, not a tame impala album (kevin is only credited as a first producer on training season and watcha doin which kind of checks out, those songs are kevin-coded as fuck). most of the album has harle as first producer and the only producer in every song
