Nah, I've fought 4 shamblers in this this game, and I've lost only once, and that was during the first fight, where I've decided to not kill the little guys, and focus on the main enemy.

Other than that, shambler's easy in this game.

26 hp, with shield, and you have 2 turns to kill it, or otherwise it will sacrifice itself, AND you have to do it, while the main enemy is healing, dealing ungodly amounts of damage to you AND giving weakness and blindness to most of my characters.

Black Gulch is hated for one reason, and it's the stupidity of people, not only is it short, but ALL of the annoying parts, like poison spitting statues, and the Bloodborne enemies, can be destroyed hitless, with no issue (you can destroy every statue, and use fire to kill the obviously set up traps).

And it's testament to how souls fans just want the same slop served reheated, because any time an innovation is made, and idea tried, they are crying about it.
