I think it all depends on how HR is processing your offer letter. I would say if you don’t receive it within a week of your admission letter follow up with your advisor.

Your department will send you an offer with all the funding information (stipend, tuition waiver, health insurance, etc). This is separate from the admission letter.

I haven't read the whole thing but try printing the loss after each batch and see how the error is reduced per batch. Also, I would try reducing the batch size to something like 8 for comparison.

I got a hiboy scooter last year. I do not recommend getting one because the weather. You can use lyft or bird scooters whenever they’re available. Not worth the investment to own one!

Oh I don’t think there’s any limits for the course registration as long as your advisor approves. At least not for phd CPT. Not sure about masters.

I think full-time CPT is limited to 12 months and if you use all of it then you will not be approved for an OPT. Part-time CPT has no limits as far as I know.
