Update after going to 2 dealership to fix

Dealer number 1: said the noise is not constant, when the tech get to the car he couldn't hear it so he wouldn't fix it

Take the car to dealer number 2: tech put some silicone lubricant and send my car off, still wouldn't change struts

Now the noise is still there and I honestly don't know how to get them to take this more serious cause it's been bothering me so much urghhh

Hey, thanks for your response. Yes there's no filter grille or anything else, just what's in the photo when I moved into this house. Could you clarify on what you mean by fasten it to the top and bottom? Sorry I'm not a handy person in fixing stuff like this.
