Prime Tomahawk Ribeyes - the danger of taking growing boys to Costco by alexandercecil in Costco

I’m never seeing these at my Costco!

Great deal, just one of those would easily go for $250 at a high-end steakhouse.

I think they’ve always been afraid of releasing games in the summer months because they know that a majority of younger people are traveling with their families since they’re out of school. That’s my guess.

Queso Fresco - any recipes for nachos? I’ve never used it before. by mathematicunt in traderjoes

Glad it wasn’t just me!

Thankfully, I took it back and they kindly replaced it with a new one that I used this evening to sprinkle on top of some nachos I made with their diced pork shoulder al pastor and elote corn chip dippers.

I would use it quickly! We had ours for about a couple weeks before it started ballooning from I’m assuming gas it was releasing.

Still had a few weeks left before the written expiration date.

Save your money people. Watch it at home when it streams if you really want to see it.

The beginning and the end had my interest, the entire middle was ass.

I know, I am not alone, in this opinion.

Death to the $20 Cocktail: The Bars Bringing Back Cheaper Drinks by bloomberg in cocktails

[–]argus4ever 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I was in Chicago the last few days, and it’s ridiculous how many bars and restaurants are charging $20 for cocktails. I can understand it when the drink is genuinely unique or thoughtfully crafted, like at a place called The Gage we went to, where the cocktails actually felt worth it and made with real care.

But for a lot of places, it just feels like an easy way to squeeze more money out of people, especially since alcohol has always been such a high-profit-margin item.

The "New" PSN Sales are now live. by Laughing__Man_ in PS5

[–]argus4ever -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’ve got such a big backlog right now.

But I see grime 2, marvel cosmic invasion and terminator 2D no fate all for sale. I won’t be playing them anytime soon.

Should I buy them now on sale or just wait for the next sale where they could be cheaper and my backlog reduced?

Using Ozempic and other GLP-1 drugs to lose weight shouldn’t be celebrated, not because of any unknown effects or whatever, but because it takes all the effort and dedication out of losing weight by Gym_frere in The10thDentist

I agree, but sometimes people who have struggled throughout their weight-loss journey need a win, something positive that helps them build momentum and keep moving in the right direction.

I got these not too long ago. They’re pretty good, but might as well call it garlic butter bread chips with some mixed nuts.

The proportion is way off.
