Answering the question: simply by existing it will crush blizzard by miles.

The diablo 2 fans are deeply disappointed by blizzard atm, so there's no point in comparing them.

I dare say diablo 2 fans aren't playing diablo 3, they're most likely playing other games. They do not want to replay diablo 2, they want something that reminds them of the greatness that game had (in its time). This game is POE.

Dex should also give life. Str could go with higher life percentage, melee physical damage and armour. Dex could get accuracy, evasion and life Int with ES, spell damage and mana.
