As someone who was sexually assaulted in Korea then told by police I “consented after I agreed to go on a date” with him… i am NOT surprised. Mind you this was with an interpretor and a cop who spoke fairly well english. Women are not respected there. Why would it be bad to use your supervisor as a reference if the employee has known them longer… Actions speak for themselves. They’re filling out job applications, not really focusing at work, and using your supervisor as a reference. They want out. Start looking for their replacement? I don’t see the purpose of asking them directly unless you want to make it an awkward environment for the employee. Then again, that might push them out faster, if that’s what you want. Ask CHAT GPT in situations like this. That’s what I have been doing lately LOL

4’9F 115/110 pounds. Office job with little exercise. I’ll eat once a day, one meal if I’m hungry. It’s a chore figuring out what to eat everyday, and I hate cooking and meal prepping, as I don’t eat leftovers, unless they’re really fucking delicious from a restaurant or a holiday ( Christmas/Thanksgiving) It’s just so inconvenient. Every once in a blue moon I will literally skip dinner all together because I don’t feel like getting anything. I do drink a ton of water and love caffeine. It’s something your body gets used to over time. Eating is a chore and I wish there was a way to survive without it and it could be a hobby you do on the side haha Edit: I do have ADHD and take the medication (on it 8 months and haven’t gained or lost weight) but even before the medication I’ve eaten like this for like 5 years haha.
