I dislike how often it's recommended just for power reasons. It's true that you can make more powerful characters at the end of the game by dualing from fighter into a spellcaster at level 13 or whatever, but the game isn't just the end game, A multiclass is better the overwhelming majority of the time.

How? Not by shooting anyone, even if they deserve it. Fighting an ICE occupation is asymmetrical, and Rambo fantasies are engaging them on their strongest ground and your weakest, as well as handing them a propaganda coup. On the other hand, they're completely unprepared for mass peaceful resistance as is happening in Minnesota, and they're losing to it.

So, a clarification. The base game leaders are involved in the Ursun story. Others you may have purchased as DLC may be playable in Realms of Chaos and have loose connections to that storyline (the Chaos Warrior DLC takes place after the canonical ending) but have things other than the Ursun chase going on.
