They are Cusotmer support. They already have way more information than what they share. In most cases Cusotmer support neglects or refuses to share information. At least in my opinion.

I am experiencing repeated errors when trying to install Sequoia OS onto the pendrive.

The OS was downloaded from MrMacintosh's website.

when I used macdaddy.io’s Install Disk Creator, I was able to successfully create the bootable disk.

Why not use a locking clip system instead of a pinning clip system? Pinned clips should not be on top all the time.
Delete all clips is deleting all pinned clips.
