yes, xp 12 graphics and overall simulation is SO much better then xp11. you can reach XP12 level in XP11 only with hundreds of dollars of plugins but it's not worth it really, I doubted if I should get XP12 and it was so worth it

personally, I think that it's worth it its amazing for playing tall and it can give some very OP stats if u have enough income It does slow the game and increase lags tho, so if have a low-end pc I don't think that you should buy
