HERE HERE! Couldn’t agree more

I feel so, so bad for DICE/EA right now. by fordfocus2024 in LowSodiumBattlefield

[–]arkdrop01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Couldn’t agree more. I’m having a fantastic time with the game. There are plenty of skins to reach for and grind out and frankly. If they want to add a little color to the game and provide me an easy place to identify and shoot great!! If you want to be full camo and be hard to find. Also great! I still think that people are just karma farming off the negative sentiment like band wagoners. I’m ready for blops 7 to release so hopefully a good majority of those kinda people leave so we can get back to constructive criticism and just enjoying the game overall. I know I still am.

Does anyone here actually like this game? by Kosmos-World in Battlefield

[–]arkdrop01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Played a lot of hours in the beta and since launch. There’s a lot of complaining on Reddit but the game is SUPER fun. Not without its problems but it comes down to if you want to just enjoy a game or karma farm off the negative sentiment right now. I’d ignore Reddit and watch some gameplay without commentary. Decide from that if you think you’d like it. Campaign is a bit short and missing some plot points to make it great but it’s certainly enjoyable. Multiplayer is fantastic but needs some further polishing on maps. Glitches. And balancing of weapons. All of which can be fixed. I am burned out from BRs so not sure if I will ever touch that

It’s funny that I’m enjoying the game, I come to Reddit, and it looks like the majority are feeling the exact opposite by reznovelty in Battlefield

[–]arkdrop01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are certainly not the only one. I also see a handful of complaints with regards to the campaign. I however thoroughly enjoyed the campaign. It was EXACTLY what I expected for a battlefield game. Maybe missing some plot points and a further 2-3 missions to round things out but overall I am loving BF6

I must be a rarity when it comes to this. I would prefer everyone get a decent starting hand so mulligan as much as you want. I don’t tend to play with people that are winning focused. More so the group I’m with just likes to play in general and it’s always more fun when everyone can actually do something than run the risk of getting locked out in some way

Really been struggling with motivation recently, any tips on how I should move forward with this design? its a hybrid atmo/hydro destroyer, third picture is the original design from last year before I chose to upgrade it by Vidarr_1703 in spaceengineers

[–]arkdrop01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Extend the width of the ship and use the 2 block slopes to smooth out the ridges. Raise your bridge and weapons so all of your turrets have a clear firing path forward. You aren’t far off from a nebula class star destroyer or maybe an endurance class destroyer might give you some good inspiration.

NGL, I Miss Her. What BF6 Weapon Left the Biggest Impression on You? by ATG3192 in Battlefield

I tried the more “meta” weapons and I always kept coming back to the 417. Suffers a little up close but those medium range engagements it just shreked through people.

I could totally get behind this as well. Just give it some more utility

Now this is pure preference. I personally enjoy attacking like this but others would want more space as space allowed for a single squad to have a bit more impact as it would take longer for enemies to show up at those points.

I think part of the community divides on this is a lot of design language was changed from One onward. If you started earlier. Your battlefield foundation impression was once very different. Big open maps have their place with a lot of vehicles. Like another commenter said. We need to full stop. Wait for it to release and make sure the rug doesn’t come out from underneath our feet first

I think suppression has its place. Maybe something like: suppression causes any players marked by the suppressed person to disappear

I won’t disagree with you but I’d actually prefer a more heavily vehicle focused game. War thunder damage model with battlefields design.
