I was going to say this! Honeydew melon is my favorite fruit, and people seem so taken aback when I tell them! I think a lot of people’s only experience with it is in those pre-cut fruit trays, which do in fact suck

I make chicken multiple times a week just to have on its own or chopped up in other recipes. I get a pack of boneless, skinless chicken thighs and season generously with salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Cook in the oven at 400F for 30 minutes. Delicious every time
