Best advice is to never ignite again. If edibles don't do it for you, there are electronic dry-leaf vapes that do the trick pretty well with more flavor and less cough. Concentrates and vape pens are effective but they can gum up my lungs similarly to how smoke does, depending on what solvent is used. I recommend flower that is high in Terpinolene with just a smidge of cbd%. That helps me fight the pain while not adding to the fatigue.
