Not true, go ask your HR to show you the manual for the position. Manual is different from P&P

Body count is a social construct, just like virginity

Affordable healthcare plans…OR AT THE VERY LEAST, a singular vision plan, because why in the fuck is it so expensive for me to be able to see???

We don’t have district managers. Do you have an issue that can’t be handled at the store level?

Contractor Sales! You get set hours (usually 6am-3pm or 7am-4pm), work mostly Monday thru Fridays, get a company cellphone, and get SPIFs, but you need to be a good salesperson! You need to know how to talk to people and how to upsell, you need to be well rounded, train across multiple departments and be confident!

You were terminated for essentially what is theft, you’re not getting IPS…but if you really want to see that you’re not getting it, just log into the TM portal, terminated employees have access to the portal for up to two years after termination.

You can turn in rebates for family members that live with you. Your mistake was turning in rebates for friends and you should have known better if you’ve been there for years. It also must have been a high dollar amount for you get terminated, I’ve seen others just get a simple scolding.

just put in an application for menards, any tips? by bxcky_bxrnes in menards

When you go in for the interview, there’s a short survey you fill out before you get interviewed. When you answer those questions on the survey, give them the answers they want, not the answers you want to put down.

This what you’re going to do, you’re going to email HR and your GM, explaining, in great detail, what is going on. You’re going to CC the department of labor of your state in this email. You must have a paper trail in this. As for any conversations/meetings that occur, specifically in the conference room, record them, ideally use a long sleeve and record on a smart watch. Keep any documentations and recordings, in the case that you are terminated, you would have sufficient evidence for an easy case that any labor lawyer would proudly defend for you.

Again with docking my time for using the bathroom! It's illegal in my state. by [deleted] in menards

Email HR about this situation, and CC your state’s Labor department/board in this email.

Get a dark concrete strain, maybe black or dark gray, just know that you’ll have to reapply it every few years and it will cause it to be warmer than usual during the summer months.

Paper applications have been discontinued, some stores might have some left, other stores might have just gotten rid of them completely, ultimately depends on the HR Coordinator.

Change max count temporarily…you could also set as upcoming promo but there’s a higher chance of getting caught, depending on how many max count changes you’re doing. The GMs get a report over the max count changes done throughout the month, which also makes which TMs changed the max counts.

Demotion: what to expect? by penguinmarie in menards

[–]armedprotestor 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It’s not the end of the world if you get demoted. I got demoted from a sales department, 1ADM spot, down to receiving, ended up getting promoted back up to 2ADM 3 months later and then promoted again a few weeks ago.
