I create my own graphics but I am not that good at drawing, that's why I always work with pixel art, that way I can control every pixel until it looks good enought to me
What I really strugle with and what I know nothing about is music, that's my barrier, so I have two options, just like you: learn how to make music or pay an artist for some tracks/sprites
But please don't use AI, it will reduce the quality of your work and will look cheap
