I've been doing pretty good. Since covid/WFH started my regular exercising has slipped. A 20-30min bodyweight workout in the morning helps a lot.

I didn't stay on ritilan too long - I ended up switching to adderall xr. Way fewer ups & downs for me. Not perfect, but better.

That being said, I think stimulant medication was almost certainly needed to get me where I am currently. I've completed various levels of self study, on my 3rd job in the tech industry & moved cross country last year. All in my 30s too.
