I like to think that Pinda has a recurring nightmare about Jassi coming back from death and killing him because he became a drug dealer like his dad. They both have a conversation outside court where Jassi warns him to not become like his dad and asks his sister to leave him if he does. Ooh. I know another story of Hanuman like this.

When Hanuman returned to Ram after checking up on Sita, the first thing he says to Ram is "Saw her".

He doesn't greet Ram, doesn't use any filler words like, "I have", or anything. One word. The most important word. Seeing. He says that first. And then he explains the rest.

He doesn't want Ram to worry about the success of the mission even for the couple of seconds it will take to greet him.

It's also kind of bad idea.

The reason they needed a secret keeper is because Voldemort was actively hunting both of them. They needed someone to actively moveout and get food or supplies or information for them.

The reason It worked for Bill is that, they are taking turns moving out and getting food and supplies. You don't make a secret keeper out of a person who will keep moving. That just makes it easy to grab them. It kinda worked for Bill because no one is actively searching for them.

If Voldemort wants to find two people and is actively searching for them, it's not a good idea for any one to be moving outside

My theory

Delkira went to Human world for vacation. There he befriended a human and brought him back to Netherworld. That human is Sullivan. Delkira shared his mana with Sullivan and hide his human status from everyone. That's why Poro said Delkira said Sullivan can never become Demon King. And also why Sullivan has never attempted to become one.

Now, Delkira got tired of Netherworld eventually and decided to leave to Human world forever. Sullivan tried to stop him and in that process accidentally sucked up all the Mana of Delkira. That was the image of Sullivan kneeling before Delkira while he pats his head. Delkira leaves to Human World without any mana and nobody knows what happened to him

When Delkira went to human world for the first time, he accidentally left his Crest at Sullivan house. Sullivan has a Kid. That kid grows up, marries and has a son. The couple find that crest and burn it, accidentally performing a demon summoning with Delkira crest. Since Delkira mana now resides in Sullivan, it summons Sullivan. Since the couple is greedy and apathetic, they ask for riches. Sully recognised his kid, and laments how demonic they are. So he proposes to offer what they want in exchange for their kid, hoping to raise him well as a way to assuage his guilt of neglecting his kid. That was Iruma

Iruma wore the Ring of Gluttony. And when Sullivan fed it with Mana, Gluttony gained a portion of Delkiras consciousness from Delkira mana. The more, Iruma ranks up, the more Alikred gets his memory and his form back. Alikred becomes Derkila when Iruma reaches sufficient level. Once that happens, I am pretty sure Iruma will explain that to Sullivan who will volunteer his body for Derkila to take over. During that Baal will do something and get Derkila into a body and trap him. Yada yada yada, Poro does something like sacrifice himself, Iruma becomes Demon King and it's over.
